The house of La Chamberte, restaurant and guest house
An old stone wine production storehouse, a Home from Home was certainly not the intention when we set about designing La Chamberte.
We wished to create a place of complete difference to your every day environment,we believe that this has been achieved by the retention of the natural materials, stone, ancient timbers and a profusion of Mediterranean summer colors and most important allowing space and volume.
The external facade has been retained so as not to disguise in anyway the buildings original use and to allow the house to speak for its self.
La-Chamberte a residence where one will find an informal sophisticated Southern French style of living.
A home where one will experience a true feeling of well being comfort and relaxation in an environment both traditionaland contemporary.
Be assured one will leave with a lasting souvenir of not only this wonderful region of Languedoc but also the personal warmth and ‘’savoir-vivre” of La Chamberte.
